Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to the whole of the UK. 

Delivery terms

We aim for all of our orders to be with you within 1-2 days if ordered before 12pm. However, if we are having stock issues we will contact you right away to discuss your order. 

​How Do We Deliver?

Our courier is DHL, Tradec Supplies and its employees are not liable for our couriers failure to deliver at a specified time for any particular reason. Once we have provided DHL with your order it becomes their sole responsibility to ensure delivery is made within a specified time frame. If there is an issue with your delivery, we will however make our best effort to rectify it. Please email enquiries@tradecsupplies.co.uk with any issues you may have.

Leaving Your Order in a Safe Place 

If you would like to specify a place you would like your order to be left then you don't have to be home to collect it. Just tell us in the comments when you place your order where you would like the delivery to be left. 

​Satisfaction and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your product then you can contact us with your issue and we will be willing to discuss it further. If you have an issue please email Tradec Supplies at: enquiries@tradecsupplies.co.uk Please state your order number, the reason for your issue. You will be charged a handling fee.
