If you are not completely satisfied with your Tradec Supplies product please email us at: Enquiries@tradecsupplies.co.uk.

Please state your order number and the reason for returning. If your refund matches our criteria, please send your return back to the store at: 5 Queens Road, North Camp, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 6DJ.

Please note that mixed paint CANNOT be returned as once mixed the paint will be unusable for anything else. We offer a bespoke product and as all paint is mixed specifically to order. We are unable to offer a return or exchange service and we do not accept returns on paint unless it is damaged or faulty.
