PREP
For best results, all surfaces must be sound, clean, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Remove any loose or flaking material and repair damaged areas. Glossy surfaces should be sanded down to provide a key. Wear a suitable mask if dry sanding. Avoid the inhalation of dust.
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation:
Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, dry, and free of dust and grease
Remove loose or flaking material
Sand glossy surfaces to provide a key
Prime raw wood or MDF with WRX Trade Wood Primer & Undercoat
Prime bare metal surfaces with WRX Trade Antirust Paint
Wait at least 6 hours for the primer to dry before applying the final coat
Application Method:
Stir well before and during use
Apply with a brush, roller, or airless spray
For airless application: Pressure 120-140 bar, Nozzle angle 50°, Nozzle size 0.015”
Thin up to 5% with clean water if required
Clean equipment with warm water and soap
Two coats recommended; additional coats may be needed for darker colours
COVERAGE
Coverage: Up to 18 m² per litre, depending on surface conditions
DRYING TIME
Times may vary. Touch dry in 30 minutes under normal conditions; allow 6 hours between coats
AFTER PAINTING
Remove as much paint as possible from brushes and rollers, before cleaning with warm water or soapy water. Do not empty paint into drains or watercourses. Some local authorities have special facilities for the disposal of waste paint. Replace the lid firmly.
STORAGE
Store in dry conditions, protect from direct sunlight, frost, and extreme temperatures.
Handling: Use in well-ventilated areas; avoid release into the environment.

Do not eat, drink, or smoke while using this product
IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes; remove contact lenses if present and easy to do; continue rinsing
Dispose of contents/container through licensed companies
Contains a mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one, which may cause an allergic reaction
Warning! Hazardous respirable droplets may be formed when sprayed; do not breathe spray or mist
