Dulux's colour of 2021, Brave Ground, was selected by the brand due to its warm neutral feel. The colour is considered to be both comforting and grounding with the paint experts at Dulux stating 'the colour that will enable people to draw upon the strength of nature to help them find the courage to embrace the future.’

It is a versatile colour that pairs well with a wide selection of colour palettes. 

2. Notes of olive green

A very popular colour choice for 2021. 5. Warming reds

These rich saturated hues of warming reds are chic by day and cosy by night, welcoming a grounded but luxurious atmosphere to any room. 6. New neutrals

Over recent years there has been a resurgence of milky toned neutrals. Ruth Mottershead sees '2021 as being a year of creating cocooning, cosy spaces, there will be a shift away from the cooler greys, and warm neutrals such as ‘Oak Apple’, ‘Mushroom’ and ‘Bath Stone’ will become the go-to tones,’.
